Bihar: Skilled multilingual tourist guides to accompany G20 delegates

During their current visit, the G20 delegates will be accompanied to the excursions by a staff of roughly two dozen trained multilingual tourist guides linked with the state tourism agency in Patna.

Over the next two days, the delegates will visit notable places such as the remains of old Nalanda University and Takht Shri Harimandir Ji Patna Sahib. The delegates will be accompanied by tourist guides at both locations.

According to a statement published by the tourism department, delegates are given informative tourism materials upon their arrival at Patna airport and throughout their stay at different sites, including Gyan Bhawan. The goal is to provide the delegates a thorough understanding of Bihar’s culture.

On June 23rd, the agenda includes a visit to Takht Shri Harimandir Ji Patna Sahib, followed by a tour of the historic remains of Nalanda University and the Nalanda Museum on the morning of June 24th.
