Carnival Corporation strategizes for $100 million dock extension

Carnival Corporation & plc, which is the leading cruise company in the world, has declared strategies for a $100 million dock extension that would be doubling the entrance capability of Celebration Key, Carnival Cruise Line’s new special destination programmed to launch on Grand Bahama island during the summer of 2025. 

Along with the two berths scheduled to be finished by 2025, the development will supplement two more berths, with all four proficient to handle up to Carnival’s biggest Excel class ships when done in 2026. In general, the extended cruise dock will house equal to four Excel-class ships at the same time and is predictable to greet approximately 4 million visitors per annum to Celebration Key by 2028.

The tactics for dock extension were declared on February 22 at the 25^th Annual Grand Bahama Business Outlook by The Honorable I. Chester Cooper, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Tourism, Investments and Aviation in The Bahamas.
