Celebrate Mother’s Day with Celebrity Pastry Chef Chris Ford at Four Seasons Hotel Miami

This Mother’s Day, cherish memorable moments against the Miami skyline at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. Located above Brickell Avenue overlooking the city’s art, dining, and entertainment scenes, the sunny hot spot is welcoming celebrity chef Chris Ford and bringing guests the first-ever in-person BUTTERLOVE&HARDWORK shop experience.

The beloved brand behind the always-sold-out breakable chocolate sculptures has introduced a special collection just in time for Mother’s Day. In honour of the occasion, Ford will return to his home state and to Four Seasons Hotel Miami, inviting guests and locals to indulge in chocolate creations and confections made by the renowned chef. The residency will take place over Mother’s Day weekend, beginning Friday, May 12, until Sunday, May 14, 2023 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm in the Hotel’s seventh level lobby.

“It’s always a pleasure to create a unique item that helps loved ones celebrate an important holiday,” says Ford. “This collection is particularly dear to my heart as my own mother and grandmother inspired the butter and the hard work in BUTTERLOVE&HARDWORK! In many ways, everything I create is a thank you to them.”

Inspired by the timeless beauty of everyone’s favourite little blue box, the limited-edition Mother’s Day Collection puts a luxurious and playful twist on breakfast in bed. Available for USD 165, the collection features a breakable chocolate heart “waffle” complete with MOM spelled out in white chocolate “butter.” The breakable art is full of Balinese vanilla caramel truffles, a jar of raspberry pate de fruit, a blank card for personalized messaging and a branded mallet. In addition to the Mother’s Day Collection, the pop-up will also present BUTTERLOVE&HARDWORK’s own line of baking chocolate from Paris, LOVE, and its recently launched custom coffee blend, HARDWORK, using ethically sourced, small-batch beans from small farms and cooperatives in Brazil, Guatemala and Ethiopia.

Those dining at EDGE for Mother’s Day Brunch can look forward to indulging in the edible art with an option to add the Mother’s Day Collection to the experience ensuring her sweet tooth is satisfied, and heart filled with love.
