Centara Hotels & Resorts welcomes new assistant Vice President – CRM & Customer Service

Centara Hotels & Resorts leading hotel operator is pleased to announce the appointment of Pannarat Tantrativud to the position of Assistant Vice President – CRM & Customer Service.

In her new role, Pannarat will be responsible for leading Centara’s CRM and loyalty strategies, as well as the Customer Contact Centre, ensuring optimal customer service, relationship management, retention, and commercial returns.

Prior to joining Centara, Pannarat graduated with a Master of Marketing degree from Monash University in Australia and held a number of leadership positions across a diverse, multi – industry background such as France & Insurance, Environment, Retail and Digital Banking & Online Marketplace.

Most recently, Pannerat held the General Manager position at Scale 360 Co., Ltd, where she oversaw the digital banking and online marketplace business with a focus on high-quality customer offerings and global online business expansion opportunities.
