Civil Aviation Administration of China launches investigations into aircraft safety

The search of the victims of the aircraft crash continue, the Civil Aviation Administration of China has launched a 2 week a sector-wide inspection of the potential safety lapses in the aviation lines. These inspections will involve checks on the various regional air traffic control bureaus. These will include include the airline companies and flight training institutes to ensure the absolute safety of aviation operations and people’s lives.

The Chinese civil aviation authorities have reported that the investigation will be difficult since the aircraft has been severely damaged. Emergency officials and those from the airline and the Civil Aviation Administration of China are scouring the crash site but the debris has either scattered or burnt. This investigation will try to determine the reasons for making the abrupt and severe dive from an altitude of 9,075 feet. Boeing officials have said that they will also aid the Chinese authorities in the investigations.

China Eastern and two other subsidiaries have grounded their fleet of more than 200 Boeing 737-800 jets. After the crash, the website of China Eastern Airlines, mobile app, and some of its other social media platforms were presented in black and white, as a sign of respect or mourning for the assumed victims.
