Thailand continues its rise as a premier wellness destination with the release of Chiva-Som Hua Hin’s last-quarter 2026 calendar. From October to December, guests can enjoy a wide selection of complimentary activities, celebrate different cultures through exciting events, and participate in a variety of festivities. The calendar helps guests understand the Earth element of Traditional Thai Medicine (TTM). Based on the TTM element, guests will get the chance to participate in different physical activities, healing practices and seminars geared to improving physical wellness and quality of life.
The seasonal calendar will also include celebrations for Thailand’s traditional Loy Krathong festival, Christmas and New Year, allowing visitors to experience Thai culture alongside the resort’s signature wellness approach.

Located on the coast of Hua Hin, Chiva-Som will use the final months of the year to highlight the connection between nature, physical wellbeing and traditional healing practices. Cooler seasonal weather in Thailand creates favourable conditions for outdoor activities, coastal relaxation and restorative wellness journeys.
For more than three decades, Chiva-Som has incorporated Thai Traditional Medicine principles into its holistic programmes. The philosophy focuses on maintaining harmony between the body, mind and surrounding environment while recognising seasonal changes and natural rhythms.

At the centre of TTM are the Four Elements, known as Dhatu: Fire, Wind, Water and Earth. The Earth element represents the body’s physical structure and is associated with strength, stability, posture and resilience.
The final quarter programme will explore these qualities through therapeutic movement, meditation, nutrition education and traditional wellness techniques.
