Dart has unveiled the acquisition of Zemi Beach House Anguilla, further enhancing its growing portfolio of luxury hotels. Previously owned and operated by the Goldstein family of New York since its opening in 2016, the boutique resort is situated on six acres of tranquil beachfront along Shoal Bay on Anguilla’s north coast. Renowned for its intimate atmosphere, Zemi Beach House features 77 rooms and a wide array of amenities.

“Anguilla shares characteristics that first drew Ken Dart to the Cayman Islands in the 1990s, and Zemi Beach House is emblematic of Anguilla’s strongly positioned luxury tourism market,” said Mark VanDevelde, Dart’s Chief Executive. “We look forward to building upon the legacy of a fellow family-owned investment company and contribute further to the prosperity of the Anguillan community.”

Dart’s growing collection of hospitality properties emphasizes luxury, including the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa in Grand Cayman, and Conrad Orlando at Evermore, a sprawling 1,100-acre resort community launched in 2023 by Dart Interests.

The acquisition was celebrated with a reception at the resort, attended by Dart executives, members of the Goldstein family, Zemi Beach House leadership, and honored guests from Anguilla’s government.

“On behalf of the people of Anguilla, we welcome Dart’s continued investment into our economy and society,” said the Honourable Premier Ellis Webster. “Over the past few years, Dart has demonstrated its commitment to Anguilla with enhancements to resort spaces, upgrades to infrastructure and partnership in the creation of spaces for our community. We look forward to continuing our relationship to create positive impact on the lives of Anguillans as well as the experiences of our visitors.”

Since acquiring the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla in 2022, Dart has demonstrated its commitment to community development. This includes the creation of the Landsome Bowl Cultural Centre, a communal space for all Anguillans, which was officially inaugurated in July 2024. Additionally, Four Seasons Anguilla staff have participated in hospitality training exchanges with other Dart-owned properties in the Cayman Islands. Dart continues to explore avenues for community development and resilience initiatives through the Kenneth B. Dart Foundation.
