Denver International Airport Launches Groundbreaking Screen&Ride: Direct Driveway-to-Runway Travel

Denver International Airport (DEN) has introduced DEN Screen&Ride, marking the debut of America’s pioneering driveway-to-runway service featuring a fleet of electric vehicles. This innovative service is the first of its kind, offering passengers throughout the Denver metro area a convenient and hassle-free way to travel directly from their homes to their flight gates. Travelers can choose between booking an individual or shared ride at a discounted rate. Moreover, passengers and their belongings will undergo screening by Travel Screening Association-approved drivers using state-of-the-art screening wands, all in the comfort of their own driveways. Following the screening process, customers will board the vehicle and remain inside until they arrive at their designated airline gate.

DEN Screen&Ride vehicles come equipped with state-of-the-art luxury amenities, ensuring a comfortable journey for passengers. Additionally, they are supplied with complimentary trail mix and reusable water bottles. To book a ride, reservations must be made at least one week prior to travel through DEN’s website, flydenver.com. The cost for this service is $99 per person for shared rides and $199 for individual rides. This fee includes guaranteed bag service, although individual airline baggage fees still apply. Upon arrival, airport representatives will meet the vehicles on the airfield and oversee the direct transfer of bags to airline personnel. Please note that terms and restrictions apply, and pickup locations must be within 45 miles of DEN.
