interCaribbean Airways unveils a direct flight service between Bridgetown, Barbados, and Kingston, Jamaica, starting February 6th, 2024.
In an exciting update for travel within the Caribbean, interCaribbean Airways has announced the launch of a new direct flight service linking Bridgetown, Barbados, and Kingston, Jamaica. This service, starting on February 6th, 2024, symbolizes an important milestone in enhancing links between these prominent Caribbean cities.
The service will operate from Bridgetown, a major hub in the Southern Caribbean for interCaribbean. Flights to Kingston are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with return journeys on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Featuring the CRJ700 Jet aircraft of interCaribbean, this route will stand as the sole direct flight service connecting Bridgetown and Kingston. Trevor Sadler, CEO of interCaribbean, expressed his pride in launching this direct route, noting its importance in meeting the increasing demand for better travel links in the Caribbean. “This latest route is designed to boost both business and leisure travel, effectively bringing these dynamic cities closer together,” he stated.
Moreover, this service will offer convenient one-stop connections for travelers from southern areas like Grenada, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominica, Georgetown, Antigua, and Dominica. These connections promise to greatly enhance travel experiences by offering more efficient and seamless travel options throughout the Caribbean.
