Throughout his career, Gersonde has held senior leadership positions at several renowned Hawaiian resorts, including executive roles at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, The Royal Hawaiian, Kapalua Bay Hotel, and The Westin Maui.
