Mr Yeoh Phee Teik, Senior Vice President Customer Experience, Singapore Airlines, said: “At Singapore Airlines, in-flight dining is about much more than the meal itself. Singapore Airlines (SIA) is introducing a major upgrade to its inflight dining experience with more than 100 new and refreshed dishes across appetisers, main courses, and desserts. The expanded selection will be available across all cabin classes under the newly launched SIA Chefs’ Selection menu category.
Developed by SIA’s team of in-house chefs and international guest chefs together with the airline’s catering partners, the new dining concept brings passengers a wider range of culinary choices. The collection combines familiar comfort dishes, regional specialities, updated versions of classic favourites, and newly created recipes designed to enhance the overall onboard dining journey.

Customers travelling in Suites, First Class, and Business Class will have access to new wine selections, while passengers across all cabin classes will benefit from additional spirits choices, offering more variety and flexibility during their flight experience.
Premium cabin travellers will also see an upgrade in the presentation of meals, with new specially designed tableware introduced for Suites, First Class, and Business Class. Created in partnership with French luxury tableware brand Christofle, the new serviceware features a refined interpretation of Singapore Airlines’ iconic batik design, adding an elegant cultural touch to the dining experience.
The airline’s cabin crew will continue to play a key role in delivering the enhanced service experience through personalised recommendations, detailed product knowledge, and attentive hospitality. In Suites and First Class, selected meals will receive additional presentation touches, while crew members may suggest beverage pairings to complement passengers’ food choices.
The rollout of the upgraded dining programme has already started, with new dishes being introduced progressively across SIA flights. Additional enhancements, including refreshed beverage options, premium serviceware, and further onboard service improvements, will be introduced from November 2026.
