The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA is a masterpiece in progress, conceptualized by the renowned architectural firm U+A. This visionary project draws inspiration from its magnificent locale, cradled between the dramatic Hijazi Mountains and the serene blue expanse of Hijaz Cove along the Red Sea shoreline. The design leverages the breathtaking landscape to present accommodations including rooms, villas, and penthouses, each offering unobstructed views of the natural splendor. The resort is a canvas of vibrant landscapes, meticulously curated to harmonize shade, light, hues, and textures, enriched with water elements that invite exploration, reflection, and tranquility. The design ethos embodies sophisticated grace, influenced by the region’s architectural heritage and artisanal prowess, yet reimagined in a modern context.

Upon arrival, visitors are welcomed by an imposing entrance that unfolds into the manicured vistas and a sweeping scenic panorama of Hijaz Island, set against the backdrop of the Red Sea’s mesmerizing sunsets. The accommodation options span a versatile range of sizes and layouts, complemented by artistically crafted outdoor areas such as the Water Garden, Cascade Garden, and the Wellness Garden.

Enhancing the experience of rest and rejuvenation, a dedicated Four Seasons Sleep Concierge service presents a personalized bedtime menu, offering selections from bath essentials, aromatic pillows, tailor-made music, to bedding materials, along with advanced bed settings including vibration and adjustable configurations, all designed around circadian rhythm lighting.

The resort will boast a grand 550 square meter (5,920 square foot) ballroom adjacent to a lush event lawn, both commanding views of Hijaz Cove, ideal for hosting weddings and grand celebrations.

Envisioned within this luxurious domain are 26 Private Residences, showcasing opulent villas varying in size from 320 square meters (3,444 square feet) to over 650 square meters (6,996 square feet), each featuring private pools and stunning views of the ocean.

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay marks a significant expansion of Four Seasons’ footprint in the Kingdom, complementing existing and forthcoming projects including Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre, and new ventures at The Red Sea on Shura Island, Jeddah at the Corniche, NEOM at Sindalah, and Diriyah.

Embarking on the first phase focused on the Triple Bay masterplan, the project is on track, with initial guests anticipated in 2025. This phase introduces 12 resorts offering over 2,000 keys. Upon completion, AMAALA will boast over 3,900 hotel rooms within 29 hotels, alongside roughly 1,200 premium residential villas, apartments, and estates, accompanied by elite retail, gourmet dining, wellness, and recreational amenities.
