Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco Offers a Specialty Thanksgiving Feast

With the arrival of fall foliage, colder temperatures, and the festive season, the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is offering an unforgettable dining experience to help create a memorable start to the holiday season.

Hotel guests and locals alike are invited to enjoy an intimate gathering of two to six guests featuring a seasonally-inspired holiday menu crafted by Executive Chef Kevin Tanaka. The three-course menu will feature a selection of restaurant classics along with traditional Thanksgiving items with a twist. Dishes include Herb Roasted Turkey with sage gravy, orange ginger cranberry sauce, and brioche stuffing; Grilled Filet with Yukon potato confit, roasted cipollini onions and trumpet mushrooms, topped with cabernet shallot demi; Cinnamon Maple Pumpkin Bisque, and Dungeness Crab “Cannelloni” with pickled butternut squash, crème fraiche, and a pomegranate reduction.

The sweetest slice of Thanksgiving includes a lineup of decadent desserts created by Pastry Chef Michael Brown, such as pumpkin pie; cranberry cheesecake; apple galette; pecan brittle; and dark chocolate candy corn are just a few of the divine indulgences included in this holiday menu.

Price per person is USD 129 for adults and USD 69 for children 12 years of age and younger, plus taxes and service charges. Price excludes gratuity.

Looking to indulge in an intimate in-room celebration? Chef Tanaka has also created specialty Thanksgiving offers to enjoy in the privacy of one’s own guest room. Sit back and relax while dining on a bespoke menu with all the traditional trimmings including an herb roasted Willie Bird turkey, Yukon gold potato puree, brioche stuffing, and Blue Lake Beans with orange ginger cranberry sauce and sage gravy.

Specialty In-Room Dining offers are available from 2:00 to 8:00 pm on Thanksgiving Day beginning at USD 45 per adult and USD 25 per child.
