Four Seasons Hotel Toronto and local gourmet emporium Cheese Boutique have collaborated to create an exclusive Afternoon Tea experience available Friday, July 16 through Sunday, July 18, 2021. Sure to delight and satisfy all cheese lovers, this unique offering combines the Yorkville Hotel’s famous Afternoon Tea with rich, cheese-forward ingredients to create a mouth-watering selection.
The menu will feature a variety of delectable savoury items and sweet treats passionately helmed by Café Boulud Chef de Cuisine Nicholas Trosien and Cheese Boutique’s Owner, Operator and Cheese Master Afrim Pristine. The thoughtfully curated menu includes smoked salmon quiche, mini croque madame, strawberry and balsamic cheesecake, blue elizabeth cheese and chocolate mille feuille, and more. Classic scones have also been reimagined to feature delicate flavours such as fig and mimolette.
“It has been truly wonderful to once again collaborate with Cheese Boutique to bring forth this decadent Afternoon Tea experience,” says Chef Trosien. “We are very proud to present this offering as each ingredient has been locally sourced and carefully selected to ensure every menu item has been expertly prepared.”

The Cheese Boutique and Four Seasons Hotel Toronto Afternoon Tea collaboration will be available for pick up for CAD 75 per person plus applicable taxes, while quantities last. Orders can be placed courtesy of the Hotel’s online Takeaway Menu and picked up at 60 Yorkville Avenue between 12:00 noon and 7:30 pm. All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the desired pick-up time.
