Hard Rock International is joining forces with Major Food Group (MFG) to enhance and design unique dining experiences across its global portfolio, including Integrated Resorts, Hotels, and Cafes. MFG will also lend its expertise to Hard Rock’s future ventures. As part of this collaboration, MFG will provide consultancy services to introduce new culinary and beverage offerings at existing Hard Rock venues, including the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel Hollywood, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel Tampa and Hard Rock Hotel Atlantic City. Moreover, MFG will assist in developing dining concepts for upcoming Hard Rock locations, such as the Hard Rock Hotel Athens and Hard Rock Hotel Barcelona. This alliance further strengthens the relationship between these two eminent hospitality entities, building on the success of the CARBONE residency at Cipresso in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel Hollywood in December.
