Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the launch of the Impression Makers Supper Club, a series of exclusive dinners from the Inclusive Collection, part of World of Hyatt.
This collaborative dining series will debut at Impression Moxché by Secrets in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, in November.
The series aims to provide luxury experiences for guests by collaborating with talented chefs who share a passion for premium luxury encounters and thoughtfully curated tasting menus.
The inaugural event will take place over three nights from November 17 to November 20, 2023, at Impression Moxché by Secrets. Award-winning Chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabian von Hauske Valtierra of Contra and Wildair restaurants in New York City will co-create a tasting menu with the resort’s chefs and local experts. The menu will showcase contemporary culinary techniques, the finest ingredients, and vibrant local flavors.
The Impression Makers Supper Club package at Impression Moxché by Secrets includes a variety of events throughout the weekend, such as a rooftop reception, an interactive brunch with the resort’s executive pastry chef, and a gourmet dining experience featuring tacos or Tanoshi. The highlight of the weekend is an intimate, multi-course collaboration dinner at the resort’s signature Teodoro restaurant curated by Chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabian von Hauske Valtierra.
The package is available to guests booking a Signature Ocean View room category or higher for a minimum of three nights during November 17–20, 2023.
