Hyatt has shared its robust growth trajectory of over 35 strategic luxury hotels and resorts all over the world throughout 2025 across the Park Hyatt, Miraval, Grand Alila, Hyatt, Thompson Hotels, Andaz and The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brands, along with Inclusive Collection brands Dreams Resorts and Spas and also Zoëtry Wellness and Spa Resorts.

Upholding its asset-light method, Hyatt has doubled the amount of luxury rooms, tripled the amount of resort rooms and quadrupled the amount of lifestyle rooms in a span of five years. With 70% of its rooms considered as deluxe and ultra-chic, the Hyatt range has developed to cater to the greater demands for luxury and resort lodgings while maintaining constant, top-tier eminence, tailored experiences and personalized facilities.

In general, by 2033, travel and tourism is predictable to surge by roughly 12% of worldwide GDP as per a current report by the World Travel & Tourism Council. Consecutively, Hyatt’s luxury range is increasing to cater to that request in new global markets. This comprises the entrance of Park Hyatt hotels in the UK, Mexico and Malaysia; the brand of Thompson Hotel’s development in Europe with its first assets in Austria and Italy; the Andaz brand’s progress in the Americas with its first hotel in the Caribbean and The Unbound Collection by Hyatt’s first establishment in India. There is also Hyatt’s luxurious progression in Portugal, with the strategic beginnings of Andaz Lisbon and Dreams Madeira Resort, Spa and Marina.
