IHG Hotels & Resorts, a prominent global hotel company, recently inked a management agreement with XECO Media LLP to introduce a new Holiday Inn Resort to Karjat, Maharashtra. Expected to inaugurate its doors in 2027, this resort will contribute 150 keys to IHG’s expanding portfolio within the state. This strategic accord reaffirms IHG’s dedication to delivering diverse and exceptional hospitality experiences in leisure destinations throughout the country.
The forthcoming resort, a new construction, is poised to grace the picturesque town of Karjat, strategically positioned between the major cities of Mumbai and Pune. Revered for its stunning natural vistas, captivating landscapes, enchanting caves, idyllic lush valleys, and monumental entrance temples, Karjat stands out as a favored retreat for those seeking respite from urban life. Holiday Inn Resort Karjat will be enveloped by verdant landscapes and agricultural expanses, commanding views of a seasonal stream—offering an exclusive fusion of contemporary comfort and natural allure to discerning guests. Once operational, the resort aims to cater to adventure enthusiasts, hikers, and leisure travelers seeking an easily accessible getaway from both Mumbai and Pune.
Holiday Inn Resort Karjat is set to feature an all-day dining facility, a bar, and an inviting lobby lounge. Designed for social events and corporate gatherings, the resort will boast banqueting facilities, meeting rooms, and a dynamic business center. To facilitate relaxation and rejuvenation, guests will have access to a fully equipped gym and an exclusive health club.
