Carnival Cruise Line is set to delight travelers seeking longer voyages to exciting new destinations. As part of its Carnival Journeys program, which focuses on extended cruises of nine nights or more, the company has announced four new Asia-Pacific itineraries for 2026 and 2027. These sailings will explore Japan, Australia, Southeast Asia, and more, featuring seven destinations that will be first-time ports for Carnival.
The new itineraries will be offered aboard two ships, Carnival Luminosa and Carnival Adventure. Both vessels were added to the fleet after being acquired from other cruise lines. Carnival Luminosa joined the line in 2022, while Carnival Adventure, previously part of another brand, will transition fully to Carnival operations by March.
Carnival Journeys cruises offer more than just longer sailings. Passengers can enjoy a variety of onboard enrichment activities such as photography workshops, celestial navigation courses, and regional culinary events showcasing the destinations visited.
For a touch of nostalgia, the popular Throwback Sea Day brings back classic cruise traditions, including captain’s cocktail parties, food-carving demonstrations, and playful activities like poolside AquaFrog Racing.
Travelers interested in these voyages can book Carnival Luminosa sailings directly through Carnival or via a travel agent. Bookings for Carnival Adventure will be available directly through Carnival starting in March.
