Lion Group’s latest initiative: Elevating Umrah experience for Indonesian Muslims this Ramadan

Lion Group has announced enhancements to its Umrah flight services and religious tourism to Saudi Arabia for the period of 2024-2025, coinciding with the holy month of Ramadan. The aim of this initiative is to cater to the needs of Indonesian Muslims seeking to perform Umrah pilgrimage and to partake in the blessings of Ramadan firsthand in the sacred land, with greater convenience and efficiency.

In order to facilitate accessibility and ease for Umrah pilgrims, especially during Ramadan, Lion Group is offering two options for Umrah flights from Indonesia:

1. Direct Flights from Major Cities in Indonesia:
   The convenience of direct flights to Jeddah and Medina from Indonesia’s major cities, including Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Solo, Surabaya, and Makassar. This option ensures maximum comfort for Umrah pilgrims, enabling them to focus more on worship and spiritual activities during Ramadan.
2. Multi-city Flights with Transit in Kuala Lumpur:
   For pilgrims departing from Medan, Padang, Pekanbaru, Batam, Jakarta, Surabaya, Lombok, Makassar, and other cities, Lion Group offers multi-city flight options with transit in Kuala Lumpur. Subsequent flights to Jeddah and Medina are provided by Batik Air Malaysia (OD flight code), offering increased flexibility in flight schedules and allowing pilgrims to tailor their journey according to their needs or circumstances.

Both flight routes represent Lion Group’s commitment to meeting the preferences and requirements of Indonesian pilgrims and tourists, particularly during the Ramadan period.
