The Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh voiced expectation that the most preferred tourist place in the state, Manali, would be all set to accept tourists within a month.

Travelers to Himachal Pradesh have been directed to use carefulness bearing in mind the persistent rain in
the state along with major areas of North India.

Sections of the road linking Kullu to  Manali  have caved in, dropping into River Beas. There is also a great
possibility of avalanches between Mandi and Kullu. All touring toward Rohtang and Atal tunnel has also been halted as of now.

The Manali-Leh highway is shut for the time being, and condition has been deteriorating on the Spiti Valley expanse also. Shimla-Kalka train services have also been annulled for the moment, because of the
substantial danger of landslides.

Tourists have been told to abstain from going for trips in the Manali region as of now. Those in the state,
particularly nearby Manali area, are also recommended to sit tight in the interim, and remain within their
lodging locations. With the presently furious rivers and mountain brooks, tourists are also instructed to stay away from the water torrents and abstain from treks.

Aut Bridge is reported to be washed off, blocking out Manali now. Upper stretches of Kinnaur have also been impacted.
