The Source Hotel + Market Hall has officially appointed Michelle Drugan as its Director of Sales & Marketing, marking a significant addition to the team of the renowned hotel situated in Denver’s RiNo Art District. With over a decade and a half in luxury sales, Drugan brings to her new role a wealth of experience, including her recent position at Hotel Teatro in Denver as the Associate Director of Sales and Marketing. Her career also includes notable roles such as the Director of Business Travel Sales at The Marker San Francisco and Senior Area Leisure Sales Manager at Auberge Resorts Collection. A Florida Atlantic University alumna, Drugan is proficient in English, German, and Czech, and dedicates her time to volunteering at Children’s Hospital Colorado.
Operated by Crescent Hotels, The Source Hotel + Market Hall features a unique combination of independent retail and dining options, alongside a boutique hotel known for its innovative design. The hotel, which repurposed a former iron factory, offers guests 100 stylish rooms that blend Scandinavian and Japanese design elements, with features like custom Baltic birch casework and polished concrete floors. As a dog-friendly establishment and a member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Lifestyle collection, it boasts amenities such as a rooftop plunge pool and hot tub, a modern fitness center, and The Woods rooftop restaurant, which provides guests with sweeping views of the Denver skyline.
Adam Sydenham, Regional Managing Director for Crescent Hotels, praised Drugan for her passion and commitment to enhancing guest experiences, highlighting her impressive history of boosting revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction. He also noted her skill in fostering strong relationships with both clients and the community.
The Silver LEED Certified hotel’s event offerings include the RiNo Ballroom, which features roll-up glass garage doors offering views of the Rocky Mountains, and the 8th floor Flex Room, designed for more intimate gatherings, complete with operational garage doors leading to a private terrace.
