The Mob Museum, the National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement, received the Reader’s Choice honor for “Best Museum” in Las Vegas Weekly’s 2023 Best of Las Vegas awards in addition to being named among the “top 10% of attractions in the world” by a leading platform for traveller reviews and recommendations.

The Mob Museum’s success is attributed to its immersive storytelling, captivating exhibits and commitment to historical accuracy. By shedding light on the complex relationships between organized crime and law enforcement, the Museum garners attention and acclaim from visitors.

The “Best Museum” award and “top attraction” distinction mark recurring wins for the Museum, which has seen more than 3.2 million visitors since opening its doors in 2012. These accolades reflect the Museum’s dedication to providing an exceptional visitor experience, as well as its ability to resonate with a diverse array of audiences.

“We are thrilled to receive these awards, which underscore the dedication and passion of our entire organization,” said Ashley Miller, vice president of marketing, communications and sales, The Mob Museum. “Our goal has always been to offer an enriching and engaging exploration of the history of organized crime and the tireless efforts of law enforcement to combat it, all while delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests.”

The Best of Las Vegas awards were announced at Las Vegas Weekly’s Best of Las Vegas 2023 celebration on August 10. The event was hosted by Greenspun Media Group and held at Zouk Nightclub inside Resorts World Las Vegas. The awards, which highlight fan-favorite Las Vegas businesses across five main categories, also appeared in the August 10 issue of the publication.

To add fun to the event, there will be a photo corner where children can dress up as flight attendants and pilots and take photos with Hong Kong Airlines cabin crew!

The outdoor area next to Fashion Walk on Paterson Street will be transformed into a runway with giant figurines representing the four new destinations, which have been specially designed by local popular illustrator Jane Lee.
