More reviews, more insights: RateHawk integrates Expedia Group’s feedback

RateHawk.com has partnered with Expedia Group to integrate reviews from platforms like Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo into its existing review database, which includes user feedback from Tripadvisor and RateHawk’s services. This collaboration aims to offer travel professionals in the US access to one of the most extensive hotel feedback collections, enhancing their ability to make informed decisions.

The integration of reviews from Expedia Group’s platforms has expanded RateHawk’s review database by 17.8%, totaling over 136 million verified reviews for accommodations worldwide. This enhancement aims to empower travel agents with more comprehensive information, allowing them to make informed hotel selections that align with clients’ preferences and expectations. The collaboration ensures that the reviews are sourced from real guests, maintaining high standards and authenticity.

Felix Shpilman, CEO of Emerging Travel Group, emphasized RateHawk’s dedication to creating tools that enhance the efficiency of travel professionals. He says, “Our platform offers a selection of 2.2 million accommodations in 220 countries. Navigating through this vast array of options may seem daunting and time-consuming. By considering the shared experiences and authentic insights of previous guests, travel agents can narrow down the selection and focus on the most suitable accommodations for their clients. This will significantly ease the decision-making process and result in travelers having a comfortable and memorable experience.”

The recently integrated reviews from Expedia Group’s platforms are now accessible in RateHawk’s portal.

This expanded content enhances coverage for accommodations in the USA, as well as Asian and European destinations. RateHawk’s recent rebranding and interface updates align with its commitment to empowering travel agents, aiming to facilitate their success in the industry.
