Nobu Dubai partners with world no. 12, Line Athens, for one-night extravaganza

For one night only, on Thursday, December 14th, the talented bar team at Nobu Dubai is thrilled to welcome Vasileios Kyritsis, a renowned figure in the world of bartending known for his excellence and innovation. This exciting collaboration will feature exclusive signature cocktails created especially for the evening. Hosted by Angelo Immorlano, the award-winning bar manager at Nobu, cocktail enthusiasts can savor these unique concoctions at the Nobu bar.

From 9:00 pm to 12:00 am, guests will have the opportunity to choose from a selection of four meticulously crafted signature cocktails by Line Bar, alongside four cocktails crafted by Angelo and the Nobu bar team. Line Bar is celebrated for its inventive approach to homemade wines, ferments, and exceptional flavor combinations, all of which guests can experience during the event. The cocktail menu includes Line’s Paloma with Pepper Don Julio Blanco, lemon, ginger cordial, and grapefruit soda, as well as Line’s Bramble with Tanqueray 10, lemon, vanilla syrup, and Line’s mure liqueur. Nobu’s offerings will feature creations like Rooster Punch with Zacapa 23, coffee, coconut milk, pineapple, and Vida mezcal, and Flying Fish with Casamigos Blanco, pepper, clarified lychee cordial, grapefruit, sea water, and soda. Additionally, the à la carte Nobu bar menu will be available for order.

Vasileios Kyritsis boasts over 16 years of experience in the bar industry. As a co-owner of The Clumsies, Kyritsis played a pivotal role in the bar’s consistent recognition as one of the top 50 bars for nine consecutive years. His latest venture, Line Athens, has already made waves by ranking No. 12 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2023 and earning the title of the best new opening. Kyritsis’s journey in the industry is adorned with numerous accolades, including being named Bartender of the Year in the Diageo World Class Greece competition in 2012 and representing Greece in the Global Finals in Rio de Janeiro. He has also been recognized as one of the 100 most influential figures in the industry by Class Magazine and nominated as a Top 10 International Bartender of the Year in 2017 and 2019 at Tales of the Cocktail.

The sleek and sophisticated Nobu bar is a central component of the overall Nobu experience, taking center stage in the restaurant. Helmed by master mixologist Angelo Immorlano, the bar offers an array of exquisite signature cocktails unique to Dubai. With over 16 years of industry expertise, Immorlano is the driving force behind the enhanced beverage program at Nobu Dubai, bringing a wealth of knowledge and top-tier experience to the table.

Guests are invited to take a seat at the bar and indulge in the ultimate bar experience within Nobu’s stylish and vibrant ambiance. The collaboration with Line Athens marks the fourth installment in a series of exciting partnerships between Nobu Dubai and some of the most prominent names in the bartending world. Dubai’s cocktail aficionados can eagerly anticipate more thrilling guest bar shifts to be announced in the months to come.
