Norwegian set to introduce new route from May 2024

Before the 2024 summer, Norwegian is introducing another new direct route. This time, it would start from Gothenburg Landvetter Airport to the popular city of Dubrovnik, Croatia. These new routes addition will signify that from Gothenburg Landvetter, Norwegian will start in total five new routes next spring. Twice a week, the new route to Dubrovnik will be functional i.e., on Wednesdays and Saturdays. It will be starting from May 1st, 2024.


Before the summer 2024, Norwegian has extended its offer from Gothenburg Landvetter Airport significantly and now introducing another new direct route to Dubrovnik this time. Dubrovnik is possibly the most stayed and Croatia’s globally known tourist destination and is branded for its old history, mild weather, its brilliant architecture, and significant buildings. Also, many travels to Dubrovnik to visit their friends and family.


In the Swedish air travel market, there is a great confidence and Norwegian’s investment in new direct routes from Göteborg Landvetter Airport is a strong symbol of this. At the Swedavias airports, Norwegian has an old presence and plays a crucial role in connecting Sweden to Europe’s well-established markets, says the Director Aviation Business at Swedavia, Elizabeth Axtelius.
