Located at R3, Knowledge Park II, the development is aimed at guests seeking a single venue for overnight stays, celebrations, corporate events and exhibition-related travel. Tivoli Hospitality Group said the property’s room inventory has risen from the previously announced 60 rooms to 71.
A larger hospitality and event proposition
Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli is designed around a growing need for flexible venues in Greater Noida, where weddings, corporate meetings, trade exhibitions and short leisure breaks increasingly overlap.

The hotel’s expanded accommodation capacity is expected to support wedding groups, families, conference delegates and corporate travellers. Staying at the same property as an event can simplify logistics for organisers and guests, particularly for multi-day weddings, residential meetings and exhibition-linked programmes.
Akshay Gupta, Executive Director of Tivoli Hospitality Group, said the project is intended to combine hospitality, leisure and social occasions in one destination.

“Our vision for Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli is to create a complete hospitality destination where guests can stay, unwind, celebrate and connect,” Gupta said. “The expansion from 60 to 71 rooms, alongside the enhanced banquet and outdoor event facilities, strengthens our ability to cater to diverse requirements.”
Indoor venues for weddings and business events
The property will feature three principal indoor event venues, each intended for different event sizes and formats.

The Glass House covers 17,000 square feet and can host up to 500 guests. The Grand Ballroom spans 12,000 square feet with capacity for 400 guests, while Regalia Hall measures 10,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 350 guests.
These spaces are positioned for weddings, receptions, corporate conferences, product launches, gala dinners, networking sessions and family celebrations. Having several indoor venues could also allow organisers to separate functions within a larger wedding or conference programme.
Aryaman Gupta, Director of Tivoli Hospitality Group, said Greater Noida offers a diverse mix of business-led and social hospitality demand.
“With multiple indoor venues and expansive outdoor spaces, Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli is designed to offer event organisers the flexibility to plan celebrations and business gatherings of different scales,” he said.

Outdoor settings add capacity and flexibility
Alongside its indoor halls, Aarunya will offer a 50,000-square-foot open lawn with capacity for up to 1,500 guests. The venue will also have an 8,000-square-foot poolside area designed for up to 200 guests.
The outdoor spaces are likely to appeal to large wedding receptions, themed social events, cocktail evenings, corporate functions and seasonal celebrations. For organisers, the ability to use indoor and outdoor settings within one property can offer greater flexibility when planning multi-function events.
This format is increasingly relevant across Delhi NCR, where destination-style celebrations remain important and companies continue to seek accessible venues for off-sites, meetings and incentive programmes.
India Expo Centre proximity supports MICE demand
Aarunya’s location in Knowledge Park II places it near the India Expo Centre & Mart, one of Greater Noida’s principal exhibition and convention locations. The hotel is expected to target exhibitors, delegates, visiting business teams and corporate groups attending trade fairs and professional events.
The location could support travellers who need nearby accommodation while also providing areas for networking functions, private meetings, evening receptions and residential programmes.
Ishan Gupta, Executive Director of Tivoli Hospitality Group, said the development will pursue business travel and leisure demand alongside weddings.

“Alongside weddings and social celebrations, we see scope to serve corporate groups, exhibition visitors and leisure travellers looking for a well-connected destination in Greater Noida,” he said.
The group also said the project’s development blueprint includes planned energy-efficient systems, water conservation measures, responsible waste management and environmentally conscious landscaping.
Tivoli continues its NCR expansion
Aarunya Club & Convention is part of Tivoli Hospitality Group’s wider expansion in Delhi NCR and North India. The company currently operates 15 hospitality assets and has 10 further projects under development or in planning.
For Greater Noida, the opening adds another sizeable venue for event-led travel, weddings and business stays. Its combination of 71 rooms, three indoor halls and large outdoor facilities is intended to meet demand from organisers seeking convenience, capacity and varied event settings in one location.
Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli strengthens Greater Noida’s event-led hospitality landscape with accommodation and flexible spaces in one destination. Its location near India Expo Centre & Mart, 71 rooms and sizeable indoor and outdoor venues position the forthcoming property to serve weddings, exhibition visitors, corporate groups and leisure travellers.
