Oceania Cruises, celebrated for its culinary and destination-focused voyages, has proudly announced the appointment of Master Chefs of France, Chef Alexis Quaretti and Chef Eric Barale, as the new Executive Culinary Directors.
This pivotal move comes as they step into the roles previously held by the legendary Chef Jacques Pépin, the architect of Oceania Cruises’ esteemed culinary philosophy, The Finest Cuisine at Sea.
Chef Pépin will continue to enrich Oceania Cruises in his new capacity as Executive Culinary Adviser, while also devoting his expertise to the philanthropic efforts of The Jacques Pépin Foundation, an organization closely supported by Oceania Cruises since its foundation.
Frank A. Del Rio, President of Oceania Cruises, expressed his excitement about this transition, stating, “It’s truly remarkable to have two Master Chefs of France leading our culinary team.
