Oceania Cruises, renowned for its culinary and destination-focused cruises, has announced the inaugural season sailings for its upcoming vessel, Allura, scheduled to join the fleet in the summer of 2025.
The Inaugural Season comprises 26 sailings, spanning over 92 destinations on voyages ranging from seven to 34 days. These voyages will be available for booking starting from September 14, 2023.
Allura, the second 1,200-guest Allura Class ship, follows the success of her sister, Vista, which made its debut in May to global acclaim and sold-out cruises. The ship promises an opulent experience with standard staterooms that boast an impressive 291 square feet, surpassing the size of many entry-level suites on ultra-luxury cruise lines.
Frank A. Del Rio, President of Oceania Cruises, expressed excitement about Allura’s debut, stating that it represents the future of Oceania Cruises. He emphasized that Allura’s Inaugural Season is designed to appeal to curious travelers, offering them the opportunity to rediscover beloved destinations and explore new ones.
Allura’s maiden voyage, commencing on June 8, 2025, will take passengers on a seven-day journey from Athens to Istanbul, encompassing captivating destinations like Santorini, Rhodes, and Istanbul. The ship will explore iconic cities and lesser-known gems during its opening European season, offering overnight stays in Istanbul, Monte Carlo, Quebec City, Montreal, and New York.
The ship’s itineraries cover a wide range of destinations, from the Mediterranean to Canada and New England, and even the Caribbean, catering to seasoned global travelers. Allura’s Inaugural Season promises a truly exceptional cruise experience, complemented by exquisite dining options, including new signature restaurants Ember and Aquamar Kitchen, and a host of enriching onboard activities.
With a new Crêperie, a social hub with panoramic views, and a dedication to culinary excellence, Allura aims to elevate the Oceania Cruises experience even further. Del Rio expressed the cruise line’s eagerness to welcome Allura to the fleet, building on the legacy of their renowned ships, Marina and Riviera.
