The Nashville Hospitality market is set to receive a significant lifestyle addition as Pendry Nashville and Ten Five Hospitality collaborate on a collection of destination dining, drinking and social concepts at Paseo South Gulch. Ten Five Hospitality to Shape a Multi-Venue Dining Programme

Under the new arrangement, food and beverage concepting and operations at Pendry Nashville will be overseen by Ten Five Hospitality. The partnership will represent the group’s debut in the city and will extend its portfolio beyond its established markets in Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, New York and Washington, D.C.

A signature restaurant will be positioned on the ground floor of the development. The venue is expected to serve as one of the property’s principal dining destinations and will be incorporated into the arrival-level experience.

A combined all-day café and lobby bar will also be operated within the hotel. The space will be transitioned throughout the day, with morning coffee service being followed by an evening bar offering. Through this format, the venue will be given multiple functions instead of being limited to a single dining period.

On the rooftop, a garden restaurant and adjoining bar will be placed directly beside the swimming pool. A seamless indoor-outdoor environment will be created, allowing dining, socialising and leisure facilities to be connected within one elevated setting.

The planned venues will be developed as part of a wider Hospitality strategy centred on accessibility, creativity and local relevance. Rather than being treated as standalone outlets, the restaurants and bars will be integrated into the daily operation of the hotel and residences.

Ten Five Hospitality has been associated with several recognised culinary and nightlife concepts. Its portfolio includes chef Evan Funke’s Mother Wolf, which has been established in Los Angeles, Miami and Las Vegas. Pendry Nashville Combines Hotel, Residences and Lifestyle Amenities

Set within Paseo South Gulch, Pendry Nashville will bring together a 180-room hotel and 146 Pendry Residences Nashville. The project will mark the Pendry brand’s first hotel and residential offering in Tennessee.

The 30-storey development has been designed by Nashville-based ESa, while its interiors have been created by New York-based Post Company. Hotel rooms, private residences, restaurants, bars, wellness facilities and social spaces will be accommodated within the same mixed-use property.

A rooftop swimming pool will be included among the principal amenities. Wellness and fitness facilities will also be provided, while dining and gathering spaces will be distributed throughout the building.

Pendry Residences Nashville will occupy the upper floors. One-to-four-bedroom homes will be offered, with owners being provided direct access to Pendry’s signature services and the wider amenities of the hotel.

The combination of hotel accommodation and branded residences will allow a continuous Hospitality experience to be delivered across short stays and permanent residential living. Food, beverage, wellness and social facilities will be shared across the development, creating a connected lifestyle environment.

The project is being developed through a partnership with SomeraRoad and TrestleStudio. Sales for Pendry Residences Nashville are being led by Redeavor.
