Prevue Meetings & Incentives is a principal specialist in the meetings and incentives sectors has released the results of its first yearly review of internal corporate inducement organizers.
The corporate incentive trends survey is founded on reactions from 382 organizers from Prevue’s viewers.
The respondents happened to be from a diversity of segments, with the major proportion arriving from technology (26%), finance and insurance (24%) and manufacturing (23%). It was followed by automotive, direct sales among other segments. The mainstream of respondents look for inducements that aim the sales force (47%), dealers and distributors (44%) or the distribution channel (22%), even though a section of companies said that they run inducement sprees for staffs whose parts are not directly tied to sales measures.
Barbara Scofidio, the Prevue Editor said that this review is strong evidence that incentive travel schemes tend to work. While businesses had to recoil for few years, they are once more capitalizing in inducements and selecting destinations all over the world. Scofidio said that for this review, they went straight to the foundation — the people within organizations who organize these tours, and they aim to endure it per annum.
