Bringing the concept to life is a handpicked team of wellness experts, chefs, fitness specialists, spa therapists and hospitality professionals. Upon booking the experience, each guest is matched with their own Four Seasons expert, who will help customise their itinerary in advance. During each stay, the team will offer recommendations from the supporting wellness advisors as well as guest feedback to adapt the program.

Guests’ experience will begin with their own tailored schedule with a variety of choices to accommodate how they want to spend their time. Whether that’s pursuing a specific health objective or simply escaping from the stresses of everyday life, each itinerary is created to be flexible and adaptable throughout their wellness-oriented trip. Packages include a minimum two-night stay with an option to add on additional days, complete with wellness activities, meals, adventures and more.
