• Discounted tickets are available for passengers facing physical, mental, and intellectual disabilities.

Conditions for Using the System:

• Purchase Period: From 12 a.m. one month before the train ride until five minutes before departure.
• Maximum Passengers in a Single Reservation: Eight
• Cancellations without charges can be made until 23:59 the day before scheduled trips.
• Cancellations are not allowed on the day of scheduled trips.
• Reservation Changes: Reserved seats can be changed until 23:59 the day before scheduled trips.
• If a passenger wishes to change the boarded train, they must cancel the reservation and book the desired train.

Other Conditions:

• Passengers using discount tickets may need to present, if requested, their certificates validating the conditions for the offered discounts.
• Reservations at JR West’s Ticket Offices at specific stations and through its online reservation systems “e5489” and “JR-WEST ONLINE TRAIN RESERVATION” are no longer available.
