Saudi Arabia’s first domestic cruise ship, Aroya, has arrived at its homeport in Jeddah, marking a historic milestone in the nation’s maritime tourism journey.

Cruise Saudi has made waves in the maritime tourism industry by unveiling its first cruise ship, Aroya, at the Jeddah Islamic Port. This milestone marks a major leap forward in Saudi Arabia’s efforts to establish itself as a global hub for luxury maritime travel.

A Floating Marvel: Aroya’s Features

Spanning 19 decks, the Aroya is a masterpiece of modern design, equipped to deliver a world-class cruising experience while reflecting Saudi Arabia’s rich cultural heritage. With 1,678 passenger staterooms, the vessel can accommodate 3,362 passengers in double occupancy. Its culinary offerings include 12 restaurants and 17 cafes, blending international cuisines with distinct Saudi flavors.

Entertainment options abound, from a 1,018-seat theater and a dedicated children’s play zone to state-of-the-art sports and wellness facilities. Guests can enjoy activities on a walking track, basketball and football courts, and even a water games area. Aroya’s inaugural voyages are divided into three distinct seasons:

1. Red Sea Season:
