The Noodle Den at SAHARA Las Vegas welcomes guests to indulge in its exclusive menu celebrating the Year of the Dragon during the Chinese New Year festivities. This special menu is available for a limited time, from Saturday, Feb. 3, through Saturday, Feb. 17, featuring a delectable array of dishes:

• Birds Nest Soup $138
• Deep Fried Flounder $28
• Garlic Snow Pea Leaves $28
• Braised Abalone with Mustard Greens $58
• Poached Chicken Halved $28
• Fried Seabass with Soy Sauce $58
• Black Pepper Beef Steak with Asparagus $58
• Beef Bitter Melon in Black Bean Sauce $28
• Black Sesame Glutinous Rice Balls $8

“Our specially crafted Chinese New Year menu is designed to transport guests on a culinary journey to Northern China through both traditional and modern dishes,” Derek Tadashi Morishita, vice president of food and beverage, The Noodle Den. “As we embark on this joyous occasion, we invite our diners to savor delicious flavors, paying homage to the rich tapestry of Chinese cuisine.”

The Noodle Den operates for dinner on Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m., and Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 11 p.m.
