Spanning ten days, this unique dining experience showcases a rich variety of dishes from various Chinese locales, perfectly encapsulating the essence of the Chinese New Year during the propitious Year of the Dragon.
In celebration of the Lunar New Year, the establishment has undergone a magical makeover, adorned with vivid red lanterns, elaborate paper cutouts, and staff dressed in thematic outfits, creating an enchanting atmosphere that fully immerses guests in the holiday cheer. The menu draws from a vast palette of classic recipes, offering guests a chance to explore an array of flavors with dishes such as Beijing soup, Dragon Phoenix, three-flavored chicken, roasted lamb, crystal squid, fish prepared in the Hakka style, and chicken dumplings. Adding a unique twist, the feast incorporates Indian culinary elements, introducing dishes like pan-fried noodles, kung pao chicken, and fried rice as main course highlights. Dessert enthusiasts will be delighted by the sweet offerings, including Toffee-Apple and Banana Pancake accompanied by vanilla ice cream, and Honey Tossed Noodles—crispy fried strands mixed with sesame seeds and honey, crowned with a scoop of ice cream.
