Severe disruption and chaos in European airlines due to staff strike across

Summer holidays in the UK are to be disrupted due to flight cancellations. British Airways had plans for carrying 1.8 million passengers in 9000 flights for the month of July. But the flights will be cancelled from Friday onwards. The Telegraph said that Heathrow airports might soon dig in to rework their schedules this weekend.
This affects the holidaymakers hugely. Since summer is the season for the holidaymakers like hoteliers. airlines, resorts and spa providers to collect maximum profit, this disruption will impact the travel businesses hugely.
Last Friday travel chaos was evident at Heathrow airport. The Spanish airport’s pressure due to staff strike is the reason behind this.
There are reports of elaborate industrial actions across the continent. This disruption of Heathrow airport flights is part of the big plan of the government to restructure the travel industry after the pandemic
Earlier, Ryanair wanted Military intervention to control the hike. The Government however has disregarded the idea. A spokesperson of the government has stated that MACA would not happen as the Military has better things to do. Government officials have asked the airlines to review the schedules and check if they are realistic.
Chaos is continued in Dublin airport as well with the resurgence of the covid-19 virus among the passengers. The emergency flights are not even working as there are significant amounts of pilot shortages.
More than 25 flights were cancelled on Thursday at the Heathrow airport due to labour shortage.
The flights in UK are being cancelled at a 78% rate. This week 4384 flights were grounded. Last week the number was 2458.
