Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa has announced the appointment of as its new General Manager, effective October 28, 2024.

Dunn steps into the role after serving as Resident Manager of the hotel since March 2023, while concurrently leading as Director of Sales & Marketing at JW Marriott Hanoi.

During his tenure, Dunn has driven significant revenue growth, leading the market in Revenue Generation Index (RGI) growth for the past eight years.

Under his leadership, 2023 marked the hotel’s best-performing year to date, exceeding targets in revenue, ADR (Average Daily Rate), GOP% (Gross Operating Profit Percentage), and market share.

His accomplishments include hosting high-profile state visits and driving consistent growth in ADRs and occupancy since 2016.

Dunn also played a pivotal role in marketing, spearheading successful rebranding initiatives and large-scale events that bolstered brand loyalty and profitability.

With 26 years of experience in senior leadership roles across the United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom, Dunn brings a wealth of hospitality expertise to Sheraton Nha Trang.
