Six Senses Fort Barwara is delighted to introduce Aaron McGrath as the Regional General Manager. Armed with a Diploma in Hotel Management from Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland, and an MBA from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland, Aaron boasts a career spanning over three decades in the international hospitality industry.

Aaron has consistently thrived in the dynamic and rapidly evolving realm of international hospitality, hotels, and integrated resorts. With a robust track record of identifying and resolving complex organizational challenges, Aaron adeptly navigates to the core of issues, formulating effective solutions that ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

He joined Six Senses in 2016. He has held the positions of Regional General Manager for India and Bhutan, where he oversees the daily operations of the magnificent Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan, India, as well as General Manager for Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Australasia & Pacific.

Aaron has developed business cultures based on operational excellence and customer centricity out of a passion for training and development. He is still dedicated to bridging the skills gap, empowering people to succeed, and guaranteeing that they actively contribute to providing top-notch customer experiences, hitting performance targets, and increasing profitability.

Beyond his accomplishments in the hospitality industry, Aaron is a staunch advocate for sustainability and wellness. An enthusiastic motorcycle enthusiast, he harbors a profound passion for exploring less-traveled routes. Aaron’s love for motorbikes and road trips has led him on thrilling journeys through hidden gems and uncharted territories. He discovers solace and inspiration on the open road, frequently venturing into remote landscapes and unexplored regions, where the thrill of the ride is complemented by the beauty of the undiscovered.
