STARLUX Airlines New Routes from Seattle to Taipei in August 2024

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is excited to announce that STARLUX Airlines will initiate flights from SEA to Taipei (TPE) in August 2024. This addition introduces three weekly flights, enhancing our Pacific travel offerings and bolstering our area’s connections to Asia, responding to the rising demands of both business and leisure travel to this region.

“We’re delighted to host a new airline partner at SEA and serve as STARLUX’s third destination in the United States,” said Port of Seattle Commissioner Toshiko Hasegawa. “At SEA, we’re continuing to find ways to meet a growing demand for travel, and that includes welcoming a wide variety of carriers and services to provide choices. We look forward to celebrating the inaugural flight later this summer.”

Travelers choosing STARLUX will experience one of four cabin classes (First, Business, Premium Economy, Economy) on the Airbus A350-900. For outbound journeys to TPE, connections are available to 21 destinations across Asia. In contrast, arrivals to SEA can take advantage of connections through the Alaska Airlines network, marking STARLUX’s initial airline partnership. Bookings for these flights are now open.
