Summer Begins at Four Seasons Minneapolis: Italian menu, poolside fun, and exclusive itineraries

On Friday, May 24, 2024, the Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is set to transform into a summer hotspot as it unveils its rooftop with a new Italian menu, poolside features, and a range of seasonal activities. Additionally, the Hotel’s Guest Experience team is now ready to design personalized itineraries, offering a variety of local adventures to enhance the summer experience for both locals and visitors.

“Like our guests, residents and Twin Cities community, our team has big hearts and big goals, and one of those goals is to create a spectacular summer experience at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis,” says General Manager Florian Riedel. “Each new offering – from Chef’s Italian menu to the poolside activities and rooftop events – is designed with intention to bring people together through exceptional moments.”

New Italian Menu at Riva Terrace Restaurant and Bar

The Riva Terrace Restaurant serves lunch from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, and extends its hours until 8:00 pm Wednesday through Sunday. Executive Chef Martín Morelli and his team offer dishes like Heirloom Tomato Salad, Porchetta Sandwich, and Albacore Tuna Crudo. Evening diners can enjoy grilled New York Strip Steaks, Skuna Bay Salmon, and Shrimp Pinchos under a new protective awning. Reservations can be made on Tock.

The Riva Terrace Bar offers Italian-inspired beverages daily, with extended hours on weekends, featuring drinks like Negronis and Aperol Spritzes, plus popular mocktails like the Naked Ballerina and Crystal Palace.

• Happiest Hour: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 to 6:00 pm, featuring sangrias and small plates.
• Minnesota Monday: Features a playlist of local artists during Happy Hour.
• Family Plaza: Open Friday and Saturday during pool hours, offers games and a gelato cart.
• Summer Markets: Held on select Saturdays, with special markets during major local events.

Rooftop Activities and Seasonal Programming

• Cold Plunge: Part of a guided sauna experience, available early summer.
• Summer Series: Free and ticketed fitness classes every Sunday starting June 2.
• The Sunday Table at Riva Terrace: Communal dining on select July Sundays, featuring a variety of summer dishes and drinks.
