Timmins Tourism plans Canada Day

What you’re doing on Canada Day might not be the first thing on mind… but that doesn’t stop Tourism Timmins from beginning to plan for it.

It’s leading the effort again this year. Tourism manager Guy Lamarche said that the list of events will be unveiled shortly. Before that, applications will be available next week for anyone who wishes to sell food or set up an exhibit. There would also be request for proposals for primary food and beverage providers.

July 1st will be Canada’s 152nd birthday.
