Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR), a prominent software and technology firm driving innovations in the global travel sector, has become the pioneer global distribution system (GDS) to offer New Distribution Capability (NDC) content to corporate travelers through SAP® Concur®, the foremost brand in travel, expense, and invoice management solutions worldwide.
Following the integration of Sabre’s Offer and Order APIs into SAP Concur in the fourth quarter of 2023, Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and corporations utilizing Concur® Travel now have the capability to browse, book, manage, and service NDC content from an expanding array of carriers via the Sabre GDS.
“To make NDC scale, all links in the travel value chain have to evolve if the industry is to achieve the full potential of NDC. By offering Sabre-provided NDC content to its clientele, SAP Concur contributes to expediting the transition of the industry from traditional EDIFACT to NDC distribution. Consequently, corporations will have access to enhanced personalized offers, facilitating improved travel experiences for their employees.
