Travel and Tourism Association of Goa submits white paper to Tourism Minister

Travel and Tourism Association of Goa (TTAG), a tourism trade body, has submitted a white paper regarding problems faced by the industry to Tourism Minister Manohar Ajgaonkar.

The delegation was led by TTAG president Savio Messias. They presented the 25-page document titled ‘Reinvent Goa’ to the Tourism Minister.

The white paper outlines the plans of how to improve tourism in the state. The document has been prepared by taking all stakeholders – government officials, eminent businessmen and cab operators into confidence. Messias said that their meeting with the tourism minister proved to be fruitful.

Ajgaonkar has instructed tourism director Sanjeev Gadkar to hold regular meetings with representatives of TTAG for finding out which recommendations would be implemented.
