Passengers travelling to Canada from the UK and Ireland through Air Transat economy can now take their pets in the cabin with them.
Passengers will have peace of mind while travelling with their pets and most of the flights will allow pets weighing 10 kg or less ( this will include the weight of the cage) on board.
The new service aims to provide passengers with greater peace of mind when travelling with their animals. The traveller should keep the pet in a cage under the seat.
Those interested in booking their pets for future travel, they can reserve the service by filling online request form or by calling the airline.
Depending on the availability, reservation for pets can also be made on arrival at the departure airport but on arrival the number of animal commuting in the cabin is limited.
