According to the October 2024 US Visa Bulletin, there has been significant progress in the EB-5 unreserved category, with the Final Action Date advancing by over a year to January 1, 2022.

This advancement means that a larger pool of Indian applicants in this category are now eligible to receive their green cards, expediting the process for many. The EB-5 visa program, which offers investors a pathway to permanent residency in exchange for a qualifying investment in the US, continues to be an attractive option for Indian nationals looking for opportunities in the US.
