Pantry Maui has been developed by Madhappy in collaboration with the culinary team at Four Seasons Resort Maui. The concept introduces a new style of luxury dining where speciality drinks, grab-and-go selections and locally influenced creations are combined into one hospitality experience.
The food and beverage programme at Pantry Maui has been specifically created for the Hawaii location. Executive Chef Ryan Schelling and Executive Sous Chef AJ Thalakkat worked alongside the Pantry team to develop menu items that reflect Maui’s ingredients, flavours and lifestyle.
The café features a selection of exclusive beverages, including the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha Latte and Banana Coconut Latte. These additions are served alongside Pantry’s signature sweet-cloud matcha and latte creations.
The culinary menu includes several resort-exclusive dishes designed around island flavours. The Poi Coconut Crown combines flaky pastry with poi and coconut, while The South Side Açaí Bowl features li-hing mui, pineapple, lychee, strawberry, haupia, toasted coconut, macadamia nut crumble, lilikoi sauce and honey.
These offerings have added another dimension to the luxury dining landscape at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea by introducing locally inspired dishes within a premium resort environment.
The hospitality experience at Pantry Maui extends beyond speciality menu items. The café provides a wide selection of fresh, convenient food options designed for guests throughout the day.
The menu includes house-made pastries, sandwiches, salads, wraps, smoothies, açaí bowls, gelato and sundaes. Several items incorporate Hawaii-grown flavours, including coconut, mango and lilikoi.
The beverage programme has also been developed around premium partnerships. Cold-pressed juices and tonics are supplied by Maui Juice Co., while chocolate products are created using Hawaii-grown cacao from Lonohana Estate Chocolate.
Coffee is sourced from Los Angeles-based Loquat, which created a signature blend exclusively for Pantry. Ceremonial-grade matcha is supplied by Nekohama, a Japanese-founded brand focused on traditional matcha craftsmanship.
Through these elements, Pantry Maui supports the growing demand for personalised, high-quality hospitality experiences within Hawaii’s tourism sector.
Pantry Maui marks the first stand-alone café and hospitality destination created by Madhappy. The concept has been developed as a gathering place that combines speciality beverages, customised menus and partnerships with local and international suppliers.
The new Hawaii location connects culinary experiences with lifestyle retail through a dedicated collection of Pantry Maui products. Guests can purchase apparel, accessories, drinkware, speciality packaged goods and resort-exclusive items.
The retail collection has been designed to extend the guest experience beyond the café, allowing visitors to maintain a connection with their Maui experience after leaving the resort.
The opening highlights how modern luxury dining is increasingly being integrated with lifestyle elements, creating broader hospitality experiences for travellers.
The launch of Pantry Maui is part of the ongoing transformation of Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. The wider development programme includes refreshed guest rooms and suites scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026, a redesigned Club Floor opened in May 2026 and the introduction of Kai Holo Spa in July 2026.
Additional enhancements include new pool cabanas, cultural spaces and expanded wellness offerings inspired by Maui’s landscape, culture and heritage.
Within this wider evolution, Pantry Maui adds a new culinary and lifestyle component to the resort’s hospitality offering. The café is open daily from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm for resort guests and local visitors.
