Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa is set to create a festive holiday experience on Ka‘anapali Beach this December through its second annual collaboration with The Elf on the Shelf. The partnership will bring Santa’s official Scout Elves to the resort, inviting families to join the 12 Days of Christmas Scout Elf Search, a seasonal activity featuring daily surprises, prizes and memorable holiday moments.

For the first time, guests will also welcome the new Elf Pets® Reindeer as part of the Christmas celebrations, adding another magical element to the family-friendly experience. As the only resort in the United States partnering with The Elf on the Shelf, Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa offers travellers a unique opportunity to enjoy a cherished holiday tradition while celebrating Christmas in a tropical island setting.

Hyatt Regency Maui is bringing early holiday excitement to guests with a special collaboration with The Elf on the Shelf, beginning with a National Beach Day celebration on August 30. As part of the festive campaign, the resort will host a social media giveaway offering one family the opportunity to win a four-night stay at the Hawaiian property. The prize package includes daily breakfast, a family dining experience at the resort’s oceanfront signature restaurant Japengo, and an exclusive gift from The Lumistella Company, the creator of The Elf on the Shelf Santaverse™. The holiday celebrations will continue throughout December, with guests having the opportunity to welcome an Elf Pets Reindeer into their family through a specially curated holiday amenity package. Families can also enjoy a traditional holiday treat with milk and cookies delivered to their room, creating a memorable in-room celebration for children and parents alike.

From December 14 to December 25, Hyatt Regency Maui will revive its popular 12 Days of Christmas celebration, inviting families to participate in a resort-wide Scout Elf Search. Each day, guests will receive interactive clues guiding them to different areas of the resort as they try to discover the hidden Scout Elf. Children who successfully find the elf can capture a photo and visit the Recreation Desk to collect a special surprise.
