Black Rock Hotels & Resorts Strengthens Recruitment and Employee Development With New Corporate HR Head Appointment

Black Rock Hotels & Resorts has strengthened its corporate leadership team with the appointment of Kumar Gaurav Singh as Corporate HR Head. Based at the hospitality management group’s corporate office in Jaipur, he will lead the company’s human resources strategy as Black Rock continues to expand its hotel portfolio and workforce.
With more than 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Singh brings extensive expertise across human resources operations, talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, regulatory compliance and employee relations. His professional background spans semi-government organisations, multinational companies and established hospitality groups, including TGB, ITC Hotels and Marriott International.

In his new position, Singh will oversee Black Rock Hotels & Resorts’ broader HR function while working closely with both corporate leadership and individual property teams. His responsibilities will include strengthening recruitment processes, developing talent, improving performance management frameworks, enhancing employee engagement and advancing HR systems across the organisation.
A major priority in Kumar Gaurav Singh’s new role will be establishing consistent and scalable people practices across Black Rock Hotels & Resorts. This will involve creating a stronger HR framework that can support different properties while maintaining common standards across the growing hospitality portfolio.
