Jaipur Luxury Tourism Gets Major Boost As Fine Acers’ Wyndham Grand Resort Becomes India’s First RERA Registered Resort

Fine Acers, India’s first branded luxury resort developer and a prominent name in the sale-and-leaseback hospitality investment space, has achieved a major milestone with its flagship Wyndham Grand Jaipur Amer Spa, Resort & Branded Residences receiving RERA approval. The approval marks a landmark achievement as the project becomes the first resort development in India to receive RERA registration.

Situated in the scenic Amer–Kukas/Gunawata area of Jaipur, the luxury resort project is being developed in collaboration with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The development aims to create a premium destination combining upscale hospitality, branded residential ownership, wellness experiences, luxury leisure, destination weddings and professionally managed resort living.

Spread across nearly 10.5 acres, the five-star property will feature 278 keys, including studio units, one-bedroom residences, two-bedroom residences and exclusive presidential suites. The resort is planned with a wide range of facilities, including a luxury spa and wellness centre, multiple dining options, recreational amenities, large-scale banquet and event spaces, and dedicated infrastructure for destination weddings, MICE events and social gatherings.

The project follows Fine Acers’ innovative sale-and-leaseback investment structure, allowing eligible buyers to own hospitality assets while benefiting from professional resort management. Under this model, selected inventory is sold to individual owners and then leased back to operate as part of the resort, creating a combination of real estate ownership and hospitality investment opportunities.

Through this approach, Wyndham Grand Jaipur Amer is designed to offer owners access to a professionally managed luxury resort ecosystem while supporting travellers with high-quality accommodation and curated experiences in one of Rajasthan’s most popular tourism destinations.
